Shaping the Material – From the Life of an Ordinary Woman, Through My Own Experiences
Let me tell you right away: the longer you delay acknowledging things, the later – and the more irreversibly – you will do so.
Why? Because if we only look at the surface scratches dug up by psychology, you will never learn what your soul is truly meant for.
I am well aware that you cannot save others, but you can show direction without any deceptive insinuations, avoiding any established system that shapes reality from the observer’s point of view – whether to help or to hinder.
If someone were to ask you, “What is your purpose in life?”, what would you say?
You would probably reply: “To be happy.” Yet happiness is fleeting and lasts only for a time. What you forget is that your real purpose is to create unity. Happiness can only be achieved when you share it with someone. Your happiness lies in your love – it springs from what you reflect outward, and what in turn comes back to you.
Life is simple, and yet we overcomplicate it. In some sense, it is indeed complicated – yet we still strive to simplify it. And it is this paradox that leads us to commit actions that will have negative consequences on our lives – the kind of things we later regret when we look back.
Often it is difficult – and we are unable – to separate our experiences in what we call the 3D and 5D states of consciousness. You might call it Christ consciousness, Egyptian ascension, enlightenment.
Yet in every case, you are the master key to the process. If you are not blinded by the belief systems and other influencing factors you have built within yourself, you may notice that every opportunity – whether it brought good or bad experiences – was in fact one of the stages of your learning journey.
Just as in my own case, when we look at the Star Map.
Seven years. I thought the process spanned only that much time – but it didn’t. It began exactly in 2007 and traced the path until I came to understand and learn what love and forgiveness truly are – and how vital they are in spiritual growth.
And not just because of the recurring dreams – the clock, the silhouette who entrusted me with the clock, and the moment I saw the Angel of Love and Kali in a container, as if I had to choose whether I would be a creator or a destroyer. Then there was another dream, in which Ganesha, child of the goddess of love, ran joyfully toward me, hugging my right thigh and calling me Mother.
How did I integrate the experience? I tried to strip away the illusion built upon the experience of pain, lies, and misdirection. It was not easy. I was given a task more difficult than I had imagined. Integrating love alongside pain is incredibly hard. It is hard to reach the state of forgiveness and open, emotionless acceptance. It is hard to maintain a constant state that tears the mind open, keeps it open, and thereby leaves us vulnerable.
I constantly felt like I was running. Constantly felt like I was running out of time – until my own body grew weary and nearly died from the emotions overwhelming me. My self-imposed judgment manifested in such a way that I could not grasp what I could only truly understand through direct experience – I was blocking myself from becoming who I was meant to be, from embodying the positive force I was meant to manifest in my reality. My goal was always to learn – and yet I often acted as though my actions were aimless, walking the path of my destiny for a higher purpose, trusting in positive answers while rushing through the process.
I reached a point where I recognized the symbols, alchemized and transformed the shadows along with the darkness I had experienced – the very starting point of my journey in a metaphorical sense. I befriended what I had once seen as an enemy, and integrated my helpers from a state of deep inner experience into my unity – a state no one else could have experienced but me. The individual, the individuum, and the persona are the ones who experience and observe – and that is why I share this, but others must walk their own path in their own way. We are not the same – no matter how much we try to impose sameness on each other.
This led me to the realization that the rules no longer apply. What once seemed carved in stone became blurred and smeared into nothingness. Reality changed in ways the mind did not hesitate to create. Physics ceased, time ceased, fears became beacons, and pain softened into a positive sensation. Every aspect looked into a mirror and inverted itself from what had been familiar. Like a quantum particle that dances with itself, becomes itself, repels itself, and draws itself back again. Every detail was incomprehensible – and yet, seen as a whole, it was a perfect play. Is this what life is?
The road was rocky. Looking at the model of your spiritual spheres and your process of unlearning, my own life encompassed the same: Live, hurt, experience, and transform.
The symbols, the familiar influences – sometimes appearing in people, sometimes in geographical situations – showed me that the same patterns are dealt out on the stage of life in masterful colors. A test environment.
I would say I have now reached stability. But it still wavers, even though the process of awakening began years earlier. It was a long and painful road, where every small detail marked a cardinal milestone of the emotional depths I had unlearned – guiding me toward how and what I must live in the future.
Last year, an untamed fire arose within me – an emotion, a release, a grace-like feeling regarding everything that had happened so far. Fear and pain both transformed. Everything changed in ways I had never dared imagine. It took exactly a year to integrate the experiences and questions that had nearly driven me mad, to be able to function within them through something that had begun stormy, something that brought forth every bad thing, holding it before me like a cosmic mirror of my past – until the enlightened process, the master key of unification, the alchemy of the soul, finally took root within me.
I could say I fear being burned in love – but I know now it is what lifts me, and there is no longer fear, nor any place for it. The helper I once thought was my attacker became my greatest love and deepest emotion. And within me lies the life we have mirrored – who, in two months’ time, will experience all that you, they, and I have gone through.
Every perceived attack, every incoming influence only made me stronger. And to see that, you must look back from the end of the process – because within its stages, in those moments of weakness, the mind can be convinced we are lost, that there is no way out, only collapse. But when you see the help that comes from outside in such moments, you experience the love you never expected. And what, at first, through pain, you identified as harm, as attack, reveals itself as mere reflection – a projection of your own mind. And that is why, as soon as you change yourself and your own patterns, you will immediately see the change – and step from the shadowed side into the constant sunlight.

Let me explain this to you through the Schumann Resonance.
I asked a layman’s question – the kind that an average person would ask if they dared, based on the bits of information I had gathered:
I must understand this. The Tomsk Schumann resonance charts – what they show as energy – do they exactly reflect how cosmic energy reaches the Earth’s atmosphere? So, the higher the influencing frequency shown on the graph, does that energetically mean a greater benefit for us?
ChatGPT said:
Not exactly. The Schumann resonance graphs published by the Tomsk station do not directly show the amount of “cosmic energy,” and it’s not necessarily true that higher values are “better” for humans.
In short, step by step:
What is the Schumann resonance?
It is a set of standing waves in the cavity between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere, with a fundamental frequency (~7.83 Hz) and harmonics (14, 20, 26, 33 Hz, etc.). Its main source is lightning, as well as certain electromagnetic interactions within the Earth–ionosphere system. What does Tomsk measure?
The Tomsk instrument (in Russia) measures the electromagnetic background oscillations present at that moment in these frequency bands. The color and intensity of the graph do not show how “good” the energy is, but rather the amplitude of the oscillations at each frequency. These may be natural (storms, solar flares, cosmic radiation) or artificial in origin.Relation to cosmic energy:
If a strong coronal mass ejection or major solar flare arrives from the Sun, it can affect the ionosphere and thus indirectly change the amplitude and spectrum of the Schumann resonance.
But the measurement cannot tell whether a spike comes as a “gift from the Sun” or from a terrestrial source (e.g., human technology).
Higher value = better for us?
Not necessarily. A higher amplitude only means stronger electromagnetic activity at that frequency.
This can have positive effects (some research suggests the 7–8 Hz range is close to the brain’s alpha rhythm, potentially harmonizing), but can also stress the body if the change is too fast or intense.
The human body is adapted to stable, natural resonance. Large fluctuations are not always beneficial.
A simple analogy: the Schumann graph is like a seismograph for electromagnetic “weather” — not every big wave is good news, but often it’s an exciting signal that something strong is influencing the Earth.
If you want, I can prepare a color code guide for the Tomsk chart, so you’ll always know exactly what it’s showing and what kind of influence might be at play.
Then you said:
Is it possible, based on a previous conversation we had, that high-vibration people, by influencing consciousness, raise each other and reality itself?
ChatGPT replied:
Yes, this is entirely possible and is an idea present in many traditions — but it’s important to distinguish between the metaphorical/spiritual and the physical/scientific interpretations.
Spiritual/metaphorical sense:
Many traditions (Buddhism, yoga, modern energy healing) view “high vibration” as a state of consciousness, emotional purity, and an expression of love and compassion.
Such people can “tune” their environment with their presence, words, and actions — they can raise the consciousness of others even without words.
When many high-vibration people gather, a synergistic effect can occur, uplifting the state of a whole group, community, or even the broader collective.
Physical/scientific sense:
Here “vibration” is not a literal frequency, but refers to brainwave states, biochemical signals, and nonverbal communication (posture, tone of voice, eye contact).
Brainwaves can synchronize to some degree (e.g., in group meditation or chanting, EEG can detect alignment).
Strong emotional connection and shared focus can create lasting change in the group — sometimes referred to as “collective coherence.”
Influencing reality:
In spiritual thought, when a person’s consciousness is in a “higher” state (pure intention, love, peace), it not only changes their own life but also shapes the collective field.
Some describe this as the “field” responding to consciousness — the field being the very fabric of reality.
Science is cautious here, but there are fringe studies (like the Global Consciousness Project) that have observed statistical deviations during large collective emotional events.
If you’d like, I can draw you a model diagram showing how high-vibration people can amplify each other and how this “field” can spread through the collective — which would also help make clear the connection between Schumann resonance and levels of consciousness.
In this sense, do you now understand why space, why your soul’s vibration, and why your thoughts matter? The programming began in darkness — and the goal was for you to break free from it of your own will.
I have been vibrating in love for days now. So let me insert here something that has been shaping our world these past days:
But remember one thing: In that one year, my mind opened — and that came with pain. The greater the force you take in and release from yourself, the more intense and painful the processes it will create within you. So here’s my advice: never run away and choose the easier path, because if it hurts, it means you are growing. And don’t forget, every key is encoded in the past: A palm tree grows under weight. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. — these are not coincidences. The more this process hurts, the more powerfully you will transform bad experiences into good.
To become the embodiment of your own love and the shaper of your outer world, you must walk this path and learn what you once fought tooth and nail against. The truth is hidden — and emotions falsely wrap it in the disguises you yourself have fed around them.
The dance between darkness and light manifests exactly where the boundary is drawn. Even at its finest point, it produces a feeling beyond which conscious perception ceases. The map of the mind is traversed by the unconscious and evolves into awareness.
Do you believe in curses from occultism? Illusion. Do you believe in government propaganda? Illusion. Do you believe you are stuck and that someone wants to block you? Illusion. In the end, you will see that all of this was simply part of your maturation process — and that there was never any real attack at all.
