General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SOUL TRIBUNE! These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Ordering & Contract Formation

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This does not yet constitute a binding contract.
The contract is formed when we confirm the availability and dispatch of the product.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Prices & Payment

All product prices are listed in [Currency] and include applicable VAT (for EU customers).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm the order.
We accept a variety of payment methods, which are listed in our [Payment Methods] section.
Payment must be completed before the order is shipped (except in the case of Cash on Delivery in Hungary).

Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

Contact us at info@soultribune.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return the product unused and in original condition within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

We will issue a full refund (including standard delivery charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Warranty & Complaints

All products are covered by the statutory warranty. If a product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:

Contact us with a detailed description and photo(s) of the issue.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Warranty claims must be submitted within 2 years of delivery, in accordance with Hungarian Civil Code.

Invoicing

We issue an electronic invoice for every order. You will receive it by email after your order is confirmed and processed.

Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect and use your data as necessary to fulfill your order and improve our services. Please see our [Privacy Policy] for full details.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable EU regulations. In case of disputes, we encourage you to contact us directly first.

You may also seek mediation through the Budapest Conciliation Board or file a complaint with the Hungarian Consumer Protection Authority (NAIH).

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest update. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
