Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! We’re happy to deliver to most countries around the globe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Note: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Hungary: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and total weight of your order. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout.
We sometimes offer free shipping promotions—stay tuned!


Which couriers do you use?

We work with reliable carriers such as:

  • MPL / Magyar Posta (for domestic deliveries)

  • GLS, DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx (for international shipments)


Can I return my order?

Yes, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with Hungarian and EU consumer protection laws (Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.)).


What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original, resaleable condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice)

  • The items must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal

❗ Please note: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.


Who pays for the return shipping?

  • Hungarian customers: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

  • International customers: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


How do I request a return?

Please contact our customer support at info@soultribune.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

You may also use our withdrawal form (available here: [link]), though this is not required.


When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the returned item(s) or proof of shipment, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days, as required by law.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re truly sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
